SHIPPING
PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS TYPICALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS
Orders over $49 before tax will receive free shipping. Orders under $49 before tax will be charged based on our preferred shipping rates from Canada Post. Our goal is to have your order delivered within 4-8 business days (remote locations may take longer).
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.

RETURNS
If you don’t love what you received you can return the items within 30 days, with your original receipt for a full refund. Items should be unwashed and unworn, with tags still attached. (Note: Due to hygienic reasons, bras and underwear are not eligible for return.)
Need to do a Return? Follow these steps:
- Put the items you’d like to return in your order box
- Take the prepaid shipping label that was included in your original order and place over the original shipping label on the outside of the box (Can’t find the label? Email csservice@marks.com to get a new one)
- Drop off at any Canada Post location (if you’d like to track your package, please take note of the Canada Post tracking number)
- Once your order is received at our facility your refund will be issued and we’ll send a confirmation email
Shipping charges for online orders can not be refunded.
Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We expect your scrubs to do the job they've been designed to do. However, if at any time during the first 100 days after purchasing them you experience a manufacturer defect, we want to know about it. Simply contact our team at CSservice@marks.com with your original order details and a photo of the defective item, and we will replace them. Exchanges cannot be processed after 100 days.
