My Account

Do I have to create an account to order?

No, you don't have to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store your information for future purchases. It also allows you to find your order history and track your order(s).

How do I reset my password?

If you want to reset your password, you can do so by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link on the login page. From there, enter your email address to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you have any issues, please contact our customer support team.

Ordering

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free shipping on orders over $49 before taxes. More information can be found on the Shipping & Returns page.

How long will my order take?

Our goal is to have your order delivered within 4-8 business days. For remote locations it may take longer.

Can I use my Mark’s Scrub Rewards (formerly called Scrub Club) towards my Scrub Club purchase?

No, the Mark’s Scrub Rewards program cannot be used with Scrub Club at this time.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $49 before tax will receive free shipping. Orders under $49 before tax will be charged based on our preferred shipping rates from Canada Post.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 5 business days. Some remote locations may take longer.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your items within 30 days, with your original receipt for a full refund. Items should be unwashed and unworn, with tags still attached. (Note: Due to hygienic reasons, bras and underwear are not eligible for return.)

Can I return my order in-store?

No, online orders cannot be returned in store.

How do I return my order?

Follow these steps:

1. Take the prepaid shipping label, included in your original order, and attach it to the package you are returning. (Can’t find the label? Go to Step 2.)

2. Email csservice@marks.com to initiate the return. You will receive a response within 1 business day.

3. Once you receive your confirmation email from Mark’s, drop your package off at any Canada Post location.

4. Once your order is received at our facility, your refund will be issued.

Are returns free?

Yes, returns are free within 30 days of purchase.

Membership

What is a Scrub Club membership?

A membership is an automated process that allows you to receive products you selected at a pre-defined frequency (every 3 months or 6 months) without having to go through the order process multiple times. You can modify, pause, skip, or cancel your membership at any time.

How do I sign up for a membership?

At the time of adding a product to your cart, you can select to purchase it as a one-time purchase or as a subscription. If you decide to purchase your product as a subscription, you will be asked to choose your preferred delivery frequency (3 months or 6 months) and will be automatically enrolled in the Scrub Club membership program.

How do I make changes to my membership?

You can manage your membership by logging into your account. Once you are logged in, click on the link “Manage subscriptions” on the left.

How do I change my payment method?

On the “Manage my subscriptions” dashboard, click the link “Payment methods” in the grey
navigation bar. From there, you can see the payment method(s) currently used for your subscription(s). You can edit or delete a payment method or move your current subscription(s) to a different payment method.

You cannot add a new payment method directly from this dashboard. If you want to add a new payment method, you can either edit an existing payment method or place a new subscription order.

When will my payment method be charged?

Your payment method will be charged right after placing a subscription order and then subsequently each time a new recurring order is created based on the delivery frequency chosen.

How can I skip a delivery?

On the “Manage my subscriptions” dashboard, click the link “Subscriptions” in the grey navigation bar. From there, you can see your active and inactive subscription(s). Click on the one you wish to skip, scroll down to the bottom, and click the button “Skip this order”.

Please note that this will skip the upcoming order only. If you wish to skip more than one order, this process will need to be repeated prior to each upcoming order.

How can I cancel my membership?

On the “Manage my subscriptions” dashboard, click the link “Subscriptions” in the grey navigation bar. From there, you can see your active and inactive subscription(s). Click on the one you wish to cancel, scroll down to the bottom, and click the button “Cancel subscription”.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered at the delivery frequency chosen when placing the first order (every 3 months or 6 months), plus regular shipping time (between 4 and 8 business days).

What happens if my address changes?

On the “Manage my subscriptions” dashboard, click the link “Shipping addresses” in the grey navigation bar. From there, you can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses and see to which subscription(s) each shipping address is attached.

Is there a cut-off date to make changes to my upcoming order?

Three days before your next order, an email reminder will be sent to the email address used for the membership. If you wish to change your membership prior to the next shipment (including product selection, payment method, address changes, skipping a delivery, or cancelling a subscription), we recommend doing so at least 24h before the upcoming order is processed to ensure the changes are taken into account in the system. Any changes done less than 24h before the upcoming order might be taken in consideration for the following order.

Can I return items from my order?

Yes, you can. The same Return Policy applies for one-time orders and subscriptions orders.

Can I add items that are not part of my order to my upcoming shipment?

Yes, you can! On the “Manage my subscriptions” dashboard, click the link “Subscriptions” in the grey navigation bar and then click the button “Add a product”. Select your product. Then select the quantity, whether it’s a one-time purchase or a subscription order, the delivery frequency if you chose the subscription order option, and select which active subscription(s) you’d like to add the product to. Finally, select the shipment date, whether you want to include the product in the upcoming order for the subscription you selected, or if you want a custom shipment date.

Please note that if you choose a custom shipment date, shipping fees will apply if your order is under $49 before taxes. View the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

What happens if a membership item is out of stock?

If an item you have subscribed to is out of stock, you can either replace the item with another product, or cancel your subscription.

Scrub Club Box

Is the Scrub Club Box available to ship outside of Canada?

At this time, we are unable to accommodate shipping requests outside of Canada.

What is the difference between the Scrub Club Box and a regular recurring membership order?

The Scrub Club Box lets you build your own box for only $89.99 from our top picks for you, updated every quarter. You can customize your box with member-only discounted add-ons and freebies. Every 3 months, you can keep your box as is, swap any item(s) to try something new, or skip your box entirely.

You can also purchase any bundle(s) or individual piece(s) from Scrub Club on a 3- or 6-month subscription. Skip or cancel an upcoming order anytime.

How long will my Scrub Club Box take to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 5 business days. Our goal is to have your order delivered within 4-8 business days (remote locations may take longer).

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.
